Jesus commissioned his own disciples to ‘go and make disciples’ (Matthew 28:18) and IRN carries this mandate in all its training. We recognise the need for Bible-based, life-changing training and invite you to consider joining us for one of our programmes. Members of IRN carry God’s anointing and bring over 20 years’ experience of training people in India. We use the Bible to teach, rebuke, correct and train (see 2 Timothy 3:16) so that clear doctrine is taught and practical life issues are lovingly addressed. This is the training method which Jesus followed with his own disciples and is the basis for our programmes. The average size of an IRN training course is 12 because Jesus chose this number to work with.

Teaching methods include group lectures and interaction, small group activities, personal studies and practical assignments under the care and oversight of our Training Supervisor. Outside trainers from different parts of the Body of Christ are additional resources to the programme.
